We have a large double bedroom with en-suite available to rent in our garden flat.
We are looking for a professional flatmate who is easy-going, friendly and clean. Must be considerate, tidy and a non-smoker.
Alexander & myself (Carrie) are a couple and share the other bedroom. We also have a cat. We both work locally and are pretty relaxed people.
The room can be furnished or semi-furnished as required. The room is lower ground so you have your own floor. The space is light, modern and newly decorated. The room is pretty big measuring 5. 2 x 4. 5 meters.
There is a shared living room with a good stock of DVDs. Quirky, good sized kitchen with breakfast bar and all the mod cons. We also have a fairly large garden - great for BBQ's in the summer. And then there's our bedroom and bathroom. The flat is nicely decorated and furnished.
Wandsworth Common Station (12 min to Victoria) is a 5 minute walk away. Balham tube station is a 8 minute walk away.
Rent is £925 including bills.
There will be a deposit of £1000.
