We have a double (very large) room with en suite available in Wandsworth, in one of the Smugglers Way blocks with views of the river from the balcony.
There is a built in large wardrobe (with drawers too), and the bed is staying in the room.
It's £1200 a month plus bills: electric, internet + council tax (water is included in the rent).
I'm moving out so it would be to replace me, sharing with my friend Alex (35 year old female).
