Looking for a female professional in her mid/late 20s to fill a double bedroom long-term in Wandsworth from 1st of June.

The house is situated on a quiet road just 3 mins away from Wandsworth town station and 15 mins away from Clapham junction. The house has been recently refurbished and it has 4 bedrooms, a kitchen/dining area, separate living room, 3 bathrooms, a small patio and a roof terrace.
The room comes unfurnished and it’s £975 per month plus bills around 80£ (including council tax, wifi, electricity and water)

About the area: there are plenty of charming cafes, bars, restaurants and gyms. There are also a few parks around if you fancy taking a stroll. The property is surrounded by supermarkets (Waitrose, Sainsbury’s local, Tesco express, the Co-op and Lidl) and there’s an Asda superstore 15 mins away. We are also just 9 mins away from Wandsworth Southside shopping centre.

You’ll be sharing with me (Yara, 27), Gilda (26), and Nicole (26). We are all in 9-5 jobs, enjoy socialising and spending time together but also value our own space. We usually spend time with friends on the weekends and enjoy a quiet night during the week. We are looking for someone to become good friends with not just a flatmate.
