Double room for couple

Hey!

Due to unforeseen circumstances some of us have decided to move out so looking for someone (preferably a couple due to the rent price) to take over 1 room.

I will be moving into the other room and will be the only remaining tenant.

A little bit about our living arrangements:
We are 3 people in this flat - 1 couple and 1 single guy. It’s the perfect size for 2 or 3 people and the en-suite bathroom is ideal for a couple.

The flat has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Wandsworth has one of the cheapest council tax. It’s only £96 per month (based on 12 instalments).
Also water is included in the rent price.
All you have to pay is Electricity and Council Tax.

The flat comes with dishwasher and washing machine (inbuilt dryer)

There is an amazing balcony that runs along the entirety of the flat with lovely views of Putney and you can even see Wembley!
(Currently however there is a lot of work being done to the building so the balcony is restricted due to the scaffolding however it is due to be complete in the second half of this year).

There is free underground parking with our own parking space.

The tenancy will run until August 2025 with the option to extend if you want to. It is fully maintained by Foxtons.
