After almost 2 years in the house, I’m moving in with my boyfriend am & looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a five-person house on a quiet street in Waterloo.

Located 2 min walk to Lambeth North Station (Bakerloo line), 10 mins walk to Westminster or 7-10mins to Waterloo station. The house is very well connected and super convenient for travelling to most areas of London, with Covent Garden being a 25 min walk away.

It is a lovely and spacious 3 storey house, with a conservatory, large dining room (great for dinner parties), living room, kitchen & small garden. The room itself is on the first floor.

The other 4 housemates are all aged 28-32 (3 guys, 1 girl) & have all lived together for 3-4 years. They are all very welcoming and easy going. Everyone works hybrid so is a mix of being in the office and at home. You’ll share a bathroom with the other girl.
