The flat is located on the ground floor of a charming street, just behind the Cut, beside the Old Vic. 4 minutes walk to Waterloo station, Lower Marsh, Southwark station, & 7 minutes to Lambeth North.

Walking distance to South Bank, London Eye, Bankside, covent garden (~15 minutes). There's a huge park behind the building and a private garden area. Huge windows with good lighting. You can see Shard from Kitchen window and hear Big Ben faintly at night :)

I'm leaving because I have gotten laid off from my job unexpectedly. I was here for as an international student for 1.5 years. I then got sponsored to work in the city but got laid off and will most likely have to move back to California where I'm from.

Move-in needed ASAP, and preference will be first come first serve basis.

Its a month to month contract so you can leave as long as you give notice. Security deposit is 900gbp if you plan to stay long term, however if its a short term stay, it can be negotiated to first/last months rent or something else.

The room will be furnished with a wardrobe, cabinet, and leather bedframe/headboard.

Bills/utilities are included.
