Short term let for lovely room in Central flat

Looking for a flatmate for my flat situated between Waterloo and Elephant. The location is fantastic and it is a 20 minute walk to the Strand, but it feels lovely and quiet for the centre of London.

I need someone from mid September until the middle/end of December. The room has a double bed and built in storage. There is a large communal living room and kitchen and the bathroom has a massive shower. There is a cleaning lady once a week. The closest proper supermarket is the Tescos in Elephant and Castle which is about a 7 min walk away. The Cut and Lower Marsh are about 7 minutes walk north and there are lots of great shops and pubs there. There is a parking space available in the building to rent if you have a car. There is secure bike parking as well (which unlike the car park is free to use)

I'm looking for a clean, tidy and considerate flatmate - I am getting too old to be woken late at night, and I really hate washing-up left overnight. It would be nice to have a flatmate who enjoys cooking the odd meal together, I enjoy catching up over a cuppa after a busy day. But if you want to keep to yourself that is fine as well. I work pretty long hours and often work in the evenings and weekends.
Council Tax and cleaning lady is included but electricity is not (there is no gas) and that comes to about £50 a month, a bit more in a cold January. Either contact me by email or by phone and please let me know a little about yourself.
