Tube access is about a 2-3 minute walk to a Zone 3 Central Line station. You could walk to the Elizabeth Line & Piccadilly Line stations; they are about a 10-minute walk away. I also have parking space in front of the house.

House: 2 bedrooms, a living room, a garden, a kitchen with a breakfast bar, and 2 bathrooms. We kindly request that you take off your shoes inside the house.

About People in the House: Busy professionals, one male and one female.

About Myself: I have lived and worked all over the world, getting to know different cultures and people. I have been renting rooms for a while, so I am pretty organized in how to do this, ensuring it's stress-free for all of us.

Room: It is on the 1st floor facing the quiet residential street. A wardrobe would provide good storage space. Additionally, there is a double bed, a desk, and a chair. A kettle is provided as access to the kitchen is limited in the early morning and late at night.

Payment: One month's rent in advance, and one month's rent as a deposit.
