I’m a French mixed-race gay male, creative professional who is looking for a new flatmate - Female preferably but not mandatory to move in this June 1st in a 2 bed flat/maisonette with a private back garden🌴🌳🌾which my current flatmate is moving out from to a new city. It’d be great to find someone as amazing as her to share the space with.

The bedroom (yours) has a good access to natural light, new double glazing windows and is quite large in sizing - it comes part furnished.
The current flatmate is happy to leave behind a king size bed frame in the room if interested, and there can be a wardrobe and desk available too if wanted. Equally, it’s open to someone with their own beddings, furnitures and storage to fill up the place.

Bills include Water + Gas/Electricity + Council tax + Internet monthly.

South Eastern link goes to Brixton in 5-10 min and to Victoria station in 15-20 min.
Bus stop (Number 3) : right outside across the street - It will get you to central london in 30 min.

The local area of West Dulwich has nearby vegan food shops, a Tesco, Boulangeries, Pub & restaurants, a hotpod yoga 🧘‍♀️, hair salons, a pharmacy etc….with more options around close to East Dulwich village, West Norwood and Herne Hill / Brockwell Park ( Mighty Hoopla 🎪 ) Lido 🏊‍♀️ - 10 min walk.


It’d be good to get to know the right person to move in to make the entente homey and peaceful for both. The flat is quite stunning with a well kept cozy feel.
