You'll be sharing with 2 females (43 & 35 yrs old) who are looking for a clean, friendly & respectable female 30s+. It's not a party house, but you'll be living friendly, chatty girls who enjoy a catch-up in the kitchen or whenever paths cross. Ideally, you'll need to be available to move in or at least sign the contract from Sat 11th May.

Deposit: £600
Rent: £650 pm paid directly to the landlord
Bills: approx. £150-£200 payable to one of the flatmates who manages all the bills.

West Dulwich and Tulse hill stations are approx. 7 mins walk. Close to several buses going into central London & Brixton or out to Crystal palace / Streatham. Very close local shops, cafés, charity shops & a picture house on Norwood road! Brockwell park and Dulwich park are walking distance too.
