Room in large, stylish, quiet, Edwardian house

The room I'm letting has a wooden floor, Victorian fire place and is newly decorated in white. The wooden bed and mattress are also new. The room is well furnished and includes a large desk.

The house is Edwardian and largish. It is in good condition and has many original features such as wooden floors and original fire places. There is a large natural wood kitchen which opens out onto a small cared for (most of the time!) garden, and a very attractive lounge. Turnpike Lane underground station is just 7 minutes away, which means you can get into Central London in just half an hour. All amenities are close by.

In terms of people there are currently two males and myself, the owner, a female. We are all professionals and mostly do our own thing, but chat if we see each other. I love all the Arts, and am often at galleries or the theatre. Although I'm not really fussy it would be lovely to have a 30s/40s sociable female to move it. However I would consider any considerate, friendly decent person!
