Heyy 👋🏽 2 of the current flatmates are moving out and we are looking for 2 new female tenants to take over. The first room has been taken, but the other room is still available 🎉

Rent is all included except for the internet.
Rent = £621 which includes ~£30pp for gas and electric, and council tax which is £33.5pp.
The landlord pays for the TV licence so we don’t have to worry about that!

Deposit is the first and last month paid upfront which is (£1,115).

We would prefer female tenants and preferably professionals for council tax reasons.

We are a cosy flat that likes a calm and clean living environment, but we are more than happy for you to have friends around and be social 💕

There’s a lovely courtyard where all residence can use to chill or bbq if that interests you ☀️

We are right next to West Ham station so there’s great transport links 🚝
