Now for the fun stuff...

The housemates -
I'm Jack, originally from Bristol. I'm 25 and work for a digital media agency. I support Arsenal, play football/futsal at least twice a week, love to gym and like smashing a Netflix series.

Turk is 24, works at ZSL (no free tickets though, shame). He's from High Wycombe and also loves to play football.

We're both Arsenal fan, we enjoy a few beers on match day/soccer Saturday when available and are getting Red memberships for next year so we can go to a few more games.

Whilst we go out on occasion, we both work fairly hard and have other stuff outside the house. We sometimes cook together time permitting, so we appreciate people who enjoy socialising (not hiding in your room all evening) but also respect people need their space, time and sleep!

Mornings are a breeze, both quick in the shower and never partying on a school night. Just not worth the hangover these days! I have a girlfriend who stays maybe once or twice a month, so if you have a partner (boy or girl, we don't mind!) then feel free to have them over! Same with friends, we are a sociable bunch so feel free to have mates round after checking with other housemates, and we always try and include the other housemates if we have mates over for a BBQ or night out etc.

Now for the boring yet necessary info -

The room -
Now, I won't lie. It's small. Double bed, but it's pretty slim. However, we have tonnes of wardrobe storage outside of the room and also loads of other storage elsewhere. To be honest, we don't spend much time in our rooms and would hope our new housemate wouldn't.

The house -
Huge living room with dual screen action (Xbox One, Xbox 360, maybe you could make it a trifecta of FIFA, films and soccer Saturday in glorious HD?!). Leather sofas, plenty of room for reclining. Dining area seats 8.

Good size kitchen, which we try and keep clean as possible as we love to cook. If you're one of those people who leave washing up on the side for days then there's no point applying. Storage in the kitchen as well as washing machine, and to the end there is a toilet.

We do have a garden which is being re done by the landlord and we have seating and a BBQ.

Decent bathroom with new shower head, again we try to keep this clean, because, well, it's gross if it's not.

Storage space downstairs and in the attic too.

The landlord is a total legend. He's generous, efficient and in general the best I have ever dealt with. He wants us to feel at home and as such we respect his house and he makes it better for us. Win win.
