This is a light, spacious 2 bedroom flat in a great street in West Hampstead.

The bedroom is a large double with built in wardrobes providing lots of storage and is furnished with a double bed and bedside tables.

The flat has a large lounge and good sized separate kitchen. It is in a purpose built block with 3 other flats and consequently the building is quiet, secure and well maintained. The landlady is responsive, but easy going and tends to leave us to it. The rent is £1175/month without bills., the flat is council tax band D in Camden council area. The bills are currently £180/month each.

The flat is located within a 7 minute walk of West Hampstead jubilee line underground station, overground station and Thames link station providing excellent transport links. The street is quiet, but minutes from all the local amenities West Hampstead has to offer.

I have lived in the flat with a housemate for the last 2 years. The other tenant is moving out at the end of July and I'm therefore looking for someone new to share this lovely flat with. I'm a junior doctor working in central London so I don't work from home, but do sometimes work irregular hours. I'm easy going, enjoy eating out and a glass of wine, but I'm a little beyond my house party days. I'm looking for a similarly minded professional female flat mate.
