Large double room available 1-2 weeks per month
This is quite a specific situation so do read carefully!
This is a large double room available for sublet ***only for 1-2 weeks per month*** so would really suit someone looking who lives out of London but needs to be here regularly for 7-14 days each month. A friend of mine will be using the room for the other 2 weeks - she lives elsewhere but needs to be in London for work 50% of the time. Ideally the start date would be June 2024.
The room is very big and has plenty of cupboard space, a double bed and a desk.
The flat is in a lovely area with great access (~5 min walk) to both the Piccadilly and the District line, a Virgin active gym 5mins walk away and good local shops just 2-3 mins walk. The flat is spacious, with a large dining/living area and access to a good sized paved garden.
The current occupants are my brother (also a landlord) who is a professional (civil service) and a long term tenant who has lived there since 2020. Both are in their early 40s.
There is on street parking but you need to apply to Hammersmith and Fulham to get one.
