I’m currently living in a flat in West Kensington together with my friend, who is moving out mid August
Therefore, I am searching for an easy-going roommate to take over her room. Please note the minimum time to stay is two years. The contract finishes in August 2026.
About the flat:
- 7 mins walk from West Kensington station
- 2 bedrooms + shared living room, shared bathroom
- we have a little garden with a bbq and seating.
- we also have a little shed with the washing machine and dryer.
- Furnished with amenities: Washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, TV (in your bedroom too), bed, closet, etc.
- Rent: including bills the rent will be around £1300 pounds a month.
- There is a five week deposit you will have to pay for the estate agents and you will be referenced too. So please if you don’t have a British passport make sure you will pass the right to rent check.
About me:
I’m generally quite outgoing and love communal dinner/drinks/having people over, but also want to respect everyone’s space.
It is a beautiful apartment so I love to keep it clean and tidy.
I love playing tennis, and going for walks - very much an outdoor person.
