Room in west kensington

📍About the area: located in a nice friendly neighbourhood with a lot of white victorian houses around. 3 mins walk to West Kensington tube station (district line), 6 mins to Barons Court (piccadilly). Small tesco is 1 min away, big tesco is 7 mins away.

🛌 About your room: quiet double bedroom with a garden window view and a built-in wardrobe. Comes unfinished, but with a possibility to get some furniture from a current flatmate.

🗝️ About the flat: spacious flat with a lot of sunlight and high ceilings. Bathroom that will be shared between me and you. Huge kitchen/living room and 2 balconies. Has all the appliances like washing machine, dishwasher, oven. Located on a 1st floor on a quiet street.

☀️ About you: You’re a flatmate who doesn't mind occasional gatherings or friends staying over (sometimes in the living room) but you will always be notified (way) in advance of any friends staying over or anything I plan at our place. Ofcourse, I will also have no issue if you want to have a gathering or a friend staying over. You should be comfortable with everyday noises and sounds (e. g. the washing machine running downstairs, phone calls that I make, etc...). You clean up after yourself but are also not obsessed with having it spotless at all times (alternatively, hiring cleaners could be an option). Also, I WFH most of days so my desk is in the living room. If you also WFH, we can figure out how to fit your desk there too, if needed.

🙋🏻‍♀️ About me: I’m 28yo, I work as a data scientist and will have hybrid schedule (so few times a week/a month will be going to Oxford for work). In my spare time I like watching series, painting/doing graphic design or going out.
