The room is available from 31st July. Rent is £780 exclusive of bills (around £100 for council tax, utility bills, sky, broadband and house insurance).

We are looking for a professional, tidy and clean, no smoking and reliable person, preferably female. We are easy going persons and like sharing some time together as well as respecting each other's privacy.

The house is very nice and full of lights, it benefits of a very large kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and 1 storage room.
The location is very convenient for transports as it is 5 min. walking distance from both Piccadilly and District line as well as buses. Shops and supermarkets are also very close.
