Double room | Garden & Patio | Close to tube!

I need someone (you?!) to fill the spare room in my apartment. It’s a cozy below-ground apartment with a lot of natural light, that opens out on to a patio with stairs leading up to a very green garden area — there WILL be summer BBQs. Am also hoping to grow some food there!

— Location —

It’s a very well connected place!

- 2 minute walk to Barons Court Tube Station (Picadilly Line, District Line)
- 3 minute walk to West Kensington Tube Station (District Line)
- 6 minute walk to Hammersmith Station (Picadilly Line, District Line, Hammersmith and City Line)
- 12 minute walk to Kensington Olympia (Overground)
- Plenty of buses from Hammersmith Road
- 4 minute walk to Sainburys
- Gym around the corner, pubs close by, loads of fresh vegetables/fruit on North End Road

— Flat —

It receives a lot of natural light in the front of the flat, the lounge room and kitchen, which is a good size for 2 people. Everything works, the Internet’s pretty fast, the lounge room will have a sofa that turns into a bed and a small table that expands into a large one to seat more people.

Estimating bills will be roughly £150pcm per person (electricity, gas, Internet, council tax).

— Room —

Small double room with space for a desk and chest of draws, or one of two different large wardrobes that I’ve currently got. You get natural light through a window that looks out onto to the entrance.

— Me —

I like to keep the communal areas tidy but not to the point of obsession. I’m out a bit but when in am keen for a chat or beer, like to cook when convenient. Summer’s coming so there’ll be a lot of time spent out in the garden and on the patio! I love cycling to get around, travelling and interesting/strange events in London.

The furniture pictured is the previous tenants, place will be furnished by me before 1st May.
