Easy to get to Central London by train or bus, and Brixton/Balham/Tooting Bec tubes are not too far away (a bus ride).

West Norwood has lots of amenities, including a new gym, new gastropub, theatre, parks, shops. Streatham High Street is within walking distance too, with loads of shops, restaurants and bars.

Rent includes all bills (wifi, council tax, gas and electricity, water). No deposit necessary
