Double Room Available In May!

We are looking for a new housemate for a lovely double room in our 4 bed house in White City/East Acton.

The remaining tenants are three Masters students, studying at the Royal College of Music. We all have our own things going on but enjoy catching up and watching TV together when we are home. We are looking for our new housemate to be friendly, sociable and tidy.

The room comes furnished with a double bed and two (2!!) built-in wardrobes. The desk and one of the bedside tables can be included for a small cost, or removed if preferred.

The house is semi-detached and is situated in a quiet, well-connected area. There is a spacious living room (with a dining table), kitchen and large south-facing garden. The bathroom includes a bath/shower and is shared between 4 people. There is also a roomy shed in the garden providing secure bicycle storage.

East Acton station (central line) is 10 minutes away on foot, with easy access to central London and the City. Sainsburys and Lidl are less than 10 minutes' walk away, and it takes 20 minutes to get to Westfield shopping centre.

Rent is £625/month, and bills normally come to around £55 per person.
Council tax band: E (£133.02/month in total)

The landlord is responsive with fixing things but super relaxed.

The only reason I am leaving is because everyone else is still studying and I therefore had to cover all of the council tax. This room would ideally suit someone in their final year of university, so the council tax can be split when everyone graduates.
