Lovely dbl bedroom, large living area

I have one room available in a 3 bed flat in White City/Shepherd’s Bush. Move in early June (8th-10th). Rent per room is £883.33, bills not included. Bills and council tax come to £80-100 per month. The price is pretty decent for the area and the landlord just raised it this month so I believe they cannot raise it for another year. I am looking to fill the room quickly as the landlord is keen to get things confirmed. Serious inquiries only please.

10-12 minute walk to tube stations White City and Wood Lane for Central and Hammersmith/Circle lines. Also 15 minutes from Westfield with loads of shops.

Sainsbury’s local literally 1-2 minutes away, Tesco express a few minutes further. For big shops there’s two Lidl’s to choose from and a big Tesco all about 20 minutes away, as well as a big M&S food and Waitrose in Westfield if you’re feeling fancy.

The living room is a great size, kitchen has plenty of storage space with a good cupboard per person as well as the shared pots and pans. Toilet is conveniently separate from the bathroom. Bedroom is also a good size, as you can see from the photo, there is enough space to fit all your things while still leaving enough floor space to comfortably move around. Bed base and mattress included, as well as a large hanging mirror. Built in wardrobes are a good size, including a large top shelf that can fit a suitcase.

You will be sharing with Eliza and Isabella, both of us are teaching assistants. We hope to have a friendly relationship as housemates. Ideally we would love to welcome a kind and considerate woman into the flat to be able to chat while cooking after work, and make plans to socialise where possible.
