The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and is located on the ground floor. It's a quiet and calming gem hidden away from the bustling Whitechapel streets. Please also note there have been some changes to the room, newly decorated etc.

The house itself has two floors and is part of a larger period property. It includes a large kitchen with table & chairs (and all the usual kitchen goods), a living room, a shower room, and a bathroom. It is extremely well located for moving and exploring around East and Central London, with fantastic transport links via Whitechapel Station (District, H&C and Elizabeth lines), Shadwell (DLR) and Bethnal Green (Central line) - all short walks away. There are numerous buses serving east-west and north-south. The streets around the house benefit from being quite residential - our neighbours are quiet and respectful so I'm sure they would appreciate someone who reciprocates this!

The two fellow housemates are nice, very easy-going and are totally respectful of personal space / property. Both are warm and sociable, and also lead independent lives.

Bills are paid both monthly (Water / Broadband/ Council tax) and quarterly (Gas / Electricity). Council tax band is C.
