The room advertised is in good condition and furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and small desk + chair.

No Agency or Admin Fees. The rent does not include bills (though council tax, water, electricity, gas + internet is approx £100-£130 pcm). The rent is payable monthly in advance, with one month deposit.

Note - I don't currently have a TV license – though I do have a TV which I can set up in the living room. And I do play the piano in the mornings and grow plants / food, so that will be around, though I will keep to my room.
