I am currently looking for a new flatmate(s) to live with me! Please note this will be a lodgers agreement until 21st August and after that we can do a joint tenancy contract!

About the house: Your bedroom comes with a double bed and mattress and an in-built large wardrobe. Your bedroom also has the door that gives you full access directly to the garden which is really nice in the warmest months!
The bedroom has high ceilings as this is a Victorian house such as the high ceiling in the living room and hallway.
The house did not come furnished initially but as I've been here for 1 year and a half I've been furnishing it and we have a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and microwave and pots/pans, cutlery enough for quite some people 😊
Also I have a big TV and turntable and vinyls which you're welcome to use if you're a music lover as I am!
The whole house has very high ceilings besides the bathroom and kitchen as it is a Victorian house with some modern features.
The living room is the largest room of the house and I have it with my work desk but you're welcome to use it and bring your personality and furniture or prints, etc to it as well!
There is also a large storage room where I store all my luggage and has tons of space for you to use too.

The house has a bathroom with a bathtub and the garden is ready for flowers to bloom so you're welcome to plant if you're into Botanics!

Location: Willesden Green, 3 minutes from underground station, jubilee line, extremely well connected.
Rent: 920 P/Month
Bills: around 140-180 p/month with council tax included.
Deposit: 920GBP (equal to 1 month’s rent)

About me: I am 27 years old, from Portugal but my biggest love is London. I fell in love with this amazing city when I visited and worked here for the first time as a model. Several years have passed and finally I have found a place where I call home which is where I am now. I work as a model and writer and have founded an Art Collective which I can tell you more about it when we meet!
I like and want to keep the home tidy and clean so it's important that we both agree on that so we both feel respected!
I always have flowers in different corners of the house, I love listening to Pink Floyd, Radiohead, The Doors, Florence & the machine, and many more legends and new masters!
