My name is Andjelka and i have a double room in Willesden/Dollis Hill area.
The room is in a lovely clean and tidy flat situated on the first floor of a lovely homey Victorian house on a quiet road close to transport, supermarket, parks, gym, lovely cafes and restaurants, library and police station! All of them are 5-15 mins away (Dollis Hill 5-6 mins, Willesden Green 15 mins, direct buses to Oxford Street/Central London (only 35 mins to Marble Arch) only 2-3 mins walk to the bus stop!
As far as your room goes, it is a nice, bright, decent size double bedroom, with all the necessary storage space, very quiet,(overlooking the back gardens)if you need any additional storage, there is an attic with lots of storage space, which I would be happy to let you use.
The room is very bright and painted in a light, neutral colour. I would be flexible on arranging with you any additional things you might need.
You would share the kitchen ( fully equipped and you are welcome to use anything and everything you find in it) and bathroom with myself, and one more person, depending on whom I let the other room to.
To tell you a little bit more about myself- I am an English teacher (not English myself, however), (DBS checked- would show you the certificate during the viewing),with various interests in: languages, life- coaching/mentoring, stimulating conversation, fitness, dance, outdoors, charity work, helping people in need, animals- especially dogs (no animals in the flat though), etc.
I consider myself stable, reliable, and responsible adult with good sense of humour and common sense; very open-minded and loving the differences that make us so unique and special! I have a positive outlook on/hands on approach to life- after all, the problems are there to be solved!
I also love working with young people whom I mentor at the Community Centre where I work. I am a very flexible, tolerant and respectful of others, enthusiastic, active, and nurturing type of person and I have always had only the best experiences with people with whom I used to share accommodation.
Should you need them, I could provide you with excellent references from my previous tenants/ flatmates. However, I would expect all of the flatmates to be respectful of each other, their time, privacy, personal space, and all so important differences that we bring with our varied cultures and backgrounds that shape us and make us who we are. Also, there are some basic house rules that are in place to protect your own interests and those of others.:-)
The price of the room is £100pw all inclusive (wi-fi included too).THIS FLAT IS FOR SALE AND THE AGENTS WILL BRING CLIENTS TO VIEW THE FLAT SO THE ROOM SHOULD BE PRESENTABLE DURING THE VIEWINGS.
