*Urgent* Huge Double Room From October 2017

After four years, I'm heading off travelling for a while, so looking to find someone to replace me in my huge double room in our spacious top floor flat. There are currently three of us living in the apartment (2 guys and 1 girl), and we all share a large modern kitchen and living room. The flat also has a shared garden.

The room comes fully furnished and is in a brilliant location, 10 minutes’ walk to Willesden Green tube station (Jubilee line) and the same to Kensal Rise (Overground). We are also located on several bus routes (24hrs) directly to central London (52, 98, 6).

Super close to the bars and coffee shops of West Hampstead, Kensal Rise and Queen’s Park, and just a stone’s throw from several gyms and a large Sainsburys, our flat has it all covered!

We’re a very friendly bunch and love to spend time together, but equally are very respectful of each other’s space, so are looking for someone who can fit in with the balance.

Professionals and students welcome. Unfortunately we cannot take couples. Bills are not included [monthly bills eg. broadband, water, council tax come to £50pm, gas and electric are quarterly and reflect normal prices]. Deposit £700.
