Large double room in friendly house share

Hi,

I am moving into a new flat closer to my work in the new year and need to find a replacement for my room!

The room:
Large double with big bay windows and lots of storage space, it is also fully furnished so all you need is yourself and your suitcase!

The house:
There is a shared living room with two sofas and a TV. The kitchen has everything you need including a new washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, 2 fridges, 2 ovens, 2 hobs, 2 sinks, a microwave and a toaster. There are also 2 bathrooms plus an extra shower room.

Location:
The house is located halfway between Dollis Hill and Willesden Green tube stations, both on the jubilee line. It's about a 5 minute walk to Dollis Hill tube (on the same road as the house) and a 7-10 minute walk to Willesden Green tube. From there you can get to Bond street in 15 minutes.

Expenses:
Bills are not included but are shared out between the housemates every month and normally come to around £50, which includes a cleaner who comes every fortnight.

The housemates:
The house is currently made up of professionals, 4 guys and 1 girl, so we're looking for another girl to try and keep a bit of a balance! Everyone works different schedules and tends to do their own thing, but they're a friendly bunch and we try and get together at least once a month for a pub crawl/quiz.
