Short let room near tube for 1. Any length of stay

A large double room with own large outdoor patio area is available in a friendly student home in Dollis Hill from July 16 onwards until August 21st 2015 for one non smoker. Any length of stay considered during this time.

We are a group of three postgraduate students (two female, one male), who are looking for another sociable and respectful housemate to join our household over the summer until new student joins us on 21st August.

We are only a 2-3 minute-walk away from Dollis Hill station from which the Jubilee line takes you into the centre of London within 15 minutes. Local amenities and beautiful Gladstone Park for exercising and picnicking alike are just around the corner. The rent is 120 pounds per week and includes all bills.

Offstreet parking and bicycle garage storage available. House will have 3+1=4 housemates in total. There are 2 bathrooms with bath/shower/toilet and an extra separate toilet. Extra utility room for laundry/ironing with spare single bed for occasional guest. Kitchen with dining table and fridge freezer with extra fridge.

We can supply kitchen utensils/bedding/towels, etc.
