Hi there,
We are two friendly and easy-going female looking for a person to share their lovely 3 bedroom flat with.
The flat is located in a quiet road at just 3 minutes walking from Willesden Green Tube Station (Jubilee Line, 15 minutes away from Bond Street). There are also several buses at 5 minutes walking.
98 to Oxford Circus / Holborn
266 to Hammersmith / Brent Cross
226 to Ealing Broadway / Golders Green
460 to Finchley
52 to Victoria
A big Sainsbury’s , banks, coffee shops, restaurants, Off licence at 5 minutes and also two gyms and Glandstone Park within walking distance.
The flat -really bright- has double glazed windows and flat-open kitchen-living room with washing machine, microwave, oven and fridge, and a bathroom with bath/shower.
We are both in our early 30s and we work long hours. We are looking for someone who has a similar age and share a similar lifestyle. Someone who is clean and tidy, respectful, easy going, and happy to contribute maintaining a pleasant and harmonious communal living space.

The room rent is paid monthly (£550 pm) and include Council Tax Wi-Fi Broadband and Water. The deposit is 390 pounds. Gas/electricity bill is paid every 3 months.


The room will be available from the 13th of December.
We will renovate the contract with our landlord, so you will need to have a Bank Account and work references and also pay agency fee £200 for tenancy agreements.
