We are looking for a female only, age 27-33.

The Flat:
We have a spacious double bedroom available with plenty of storage, in Willesden Green.
This is a three bed flat, and you'll be sharing with 2 great girls. They love staying in with some wine and cheese, or heading to the local pub. The flat is definitely more of a home than just a place to crash!

Getting Around:
The nearest tube is Willesden Green (3 min walk!), which is on the Jubilee line and will get you to Bond Street in just 18 minutes.

The Area/Local Amenities:
There is a local pub down the road to quench your thirst, a local sainsburys 5 minutes away, and a large sainsburys just 10 minutes away so you'll never go hungry.

There is a big park a few minutes away (with tennis courts), which is great in the summer for picnics, or if you like to run.

The Boring Stuff:
- The rent is £550 pcm, and does not include bills.
- Bills are typically £75-£100pcm (depending on how cold it is!) And that includes council tax, TV licence, sky, and gas.

I've been in this flat for 4 amazing years, and am only leaving to move in with my boyfriend. I'm so sad to leave these ladies, and I guarantee you'll have the best time!
