Double room available in modern flat!!

I am moving out of my wonderful room which means it’s time for someone else to make it their home!

A little bit about the place:
The room is very spacious in a lovely modern flat only 10 minute walk away from Wimbledon Town Centre, the train station and District line. The bedroom comes with a built in wardrobe, bed and chest of drawers. The shared kitchen and living room includes a dishwasher and washer/dryer!

Housemates:
You would be living with two professionals in their 20’s. Faye works as a primary school teacher and Adam works in recruitment. They are both very chilled and social. They are always up for a Netflix night in or a quiz night at the pub but equally enjoy their own space as well! It would be great to find someone who is happy to socialise and join in with the flat dynamic.

Boring but important stuff:
Rent is -£933 per month
The bills are paid separately which are currently around £120 a month (including council tax)
Deposit is -£1076
There will also be the usual referencing checks etc.
