Due to a new job, my room in Raynes Park, which is a 10min walk to the train station on the Waterloo line (20mins), is available.

It's on its own quiet road (no through traffic) and has permit parking and nice neighbours, with all the usual bells and whistles of a shared rental house.

Bills are £125 and the flatmates share out the cleaning of the communal areas.

This would suit a professional who is respectful and polite and who doesn't mind the odd chat when cooking/downstairs.
