Do you want to join our Wimbledon gals house?

The room is £1025 per month, with a £1135 deposit plus a £50 agency fee to complete referencing etc. It’s the biggest room in the house with space for a desk if you want to WFH. We have a lovely big living room, a separate kitchen, two bathrooms and even a garden! The house is on a lovely residential road in-between Wimbledon and South Wimbledon stations so you have the District Line and the Northern Line on your doorstep. There are also National Rail links from Wimbledon (Clapham Junction is 2 stops away) and the Tram.

We can be a bit flexible on move-in date. The contract starts on 14th July but you might be able to move in up to 2 weeks earlier (but TBC).

What we’re looking for in a housemate is genuine just someone we want to have a glass of wine with after work. We’ve lived together for 4 years and we are looking for someone who wants to be friends with their housemates, not just people they awkwardly pass in the kitchen when making a cup of tea. We both have our own lives outside of the house but also love chilled evenings at home watching yet another episode of Grey’s Anatomy. We want you to treat the house like your home!
