Box room all bills included in lovely share house

We have a localy Box room available in our share house from the 6th June 2015!

We are signing a new lease so the whole house will be professionally cleaned and ready to move into on the 6th.

You will be sharing with three other professionals, two relaxed south african gents (Clint and Stuart)and an english lady Amy who will be conducting viewings.

Rents is £450 per month and includes all bills, we have fibre optic BT infinity two broadband and BT sports channels, all Sky channles/sport movies etc, apple TV with netflix etc.

The house in end of terrance and there is a wonderful park 50m down the road.

It is a 10 min walk to wimbledon and a 4 min walk to the tram which is one stop to wimbledon. I work in Bank and its door to door 45 mins.
we are within a 10 min walk to raynes park, wimbledon chase and wimbledon.

Very quiete location and a very friendly house.

Financials will be £450 rent and one months deposit of £450 and £55. 75 agency and reference checks.

We will consider both male and female professionals
