Large and bright double room in a great location

I am sadly leaving this lovely room where I stayed the last 2,5 years due to relocation because of my work.
The room is on the first floor and it is large(larger than it seems in the photos!).It is very bright and warm in the winter with double glazed windows and central heating. It has a double bed, mirror, drawers, a wardrobe and extra storage space.
The house has a kitchen with all the amenities, a living room with a TV, two toilets and a bathroom with a toilet.
The housemates are all professionals who are working in London. We have our separate lives but we will share a glass of wine or go out once a while as we have been living in that house for years and we are all good friends. There is a warm and friendly atmosphere at the house.

The rent is 382,50 per month and the bills come around to 50 per month.(It is a bargain for that location and the size of the room and is only because the landlord hasn't raised the rent all those years!)There are no fees and the deposit is 573,75(6 weeks deposit)
