The road is extremely quiet (as is the house) and is also kept clean and tidy. The kitchen is new, bathroom is newly painted and fresh, hall, stairs and landing recently decorated and the garden is currently having a complete overhaul.
I am looking for a friendly, considerate housemate who likes living in a clean and tidy house! My cleaner has left to have a baby so I do the cleaning myself now but will be getting another one in due course.
The rent includes all bills, free wifi etc and the house is very relaxed with two easy going females as company!
