I am looking for someone to share my two bedroom apartment in the sought after Highlands Village conservation area. It's conveniently positioned between Winchmore Hill, Southgate and Oakwood. With 3 parks, trendy cafés and shops nearby, there is plenty to do in your spare time. It is available for 2 months from 25th May until the end of July.

The room is in an elegant, bright and homely flat and it has its own modern bathroom. It has a single bed, a desk and a smaller chest of drawers. All bills are included (inc. broadband, except Council Tax). The flat has a
kitchen with fridge freezer, new washing machine and a large, stylish living/dining room. Its location makes it ideal for those commuting into central London (Piccadilly), London Moorgate or Old Street, with good bus routes towards Southgate or Enfield town.

I am a friendly, tidy and respectful professional and I am looking for a like minded professional or mature student(female) to share my home.
