Hello, I have three double bedrooms available (two has been taken) in a nice clean six bedroom house, approx 10 mins walk from Wood Green tube station and multiple bus routes.

ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE TO FEMALES PREFERABLY AGED 35+ (this is preferred as existing occupants are all female - Please contact me if you are interested. Note: I will only consider/respond to messages that meet this criteria!

The loft has been converted into a two bed flat, both rooms are occupied. Facilities in the loft space will be used solely by those occupying the bedrooms in the loft.

The remainder of the property comprises of four bedrooms, one on the ground floor which is used by the landlord. There is also a bathroom and kitchen/communal area. The first floor comprises of three bedrooms and a bathroom, one of the bedrooms is currently available to rent.. Occupants on the first floor use the facilities on the ground floor, they do not have access to the loft.
