Office:
-shared office or storage space with one other person (who doesn’t really use it)

Flatmates:
-one person who you will share the bathroom with and one upstairs with an en-suite.

It’s a gorgeous flat that’s finished really nicely (no dodgy landlord ‘fixes’) with two lovely girls. The vibe of the flat is chill and respectful with everyone keeping things clean and cute. ✨

Landlords requirements:
Must be earning 2.5x rent amount - with proof of pay, a good credit rating, with previous rental history.

The landlord may prefer you have 6 months rent upfront if you aren’t able to provide proof of these as they are unable to accept guarantors.
