This is a totally gorgeous, large, light and modern four bedroom flat in a quiet and peaceful residential area. It definitely feels more like a house than a flat. It has a large open plan kitchen, diner and living room.

The room is available from June 21st. It is really well set up, modern, fully furnished and spacious. It is the only room on the top floor of the flat so it feels very private and quiet. The room is furnished with a double bed, a sofa, table and chairs, TV, double wardrobe and chest of drawers. It has a large window with sweeping views of North London. There is also plenty of additional storage for suitcases and boxes in the attic.

The room is for an individual only - not a couple - but of course you can have your gf or bf stay over.

The rent is £730 per month and that includes all bills, wifi and a weekly cleaner.

There are three other flatmates - all guys - but it's not an overly blokey house and we would be very happy to welcome a male or female flatmate. The guys are all hard working professionals who live their own busy lives but they also hang out together at times to watch a movie or footy match. Everyone tends to cook their own meals. There are two English guys (one works in the fitness industry and one is in film graphics) and a Spanish guy who works as a design engineer. They're all quiet and considerate house mates.

The flat is located about a 12-15 minute walk from Wood Green tube station, Piccadilly Line, or if you don't feel like walking you can catch any number of buses to the tube from the bottom of the street. There's a Tesco metro at the bottom of the road or a big Morrison's near the tube. Wood Green has a couple of gyms, two cinemas, banks, all the high street shops and supermarkets.

I am the agent for the flat but I charge absolutely no agency fees and I take very good care of the flat.
