Hey guys,

thanks for reading us :) We have a great double bedroom to rent in a victorian terrace house share on a quite and residential road on Wood Green, just 2 minutes from the tube station.

The available room comes completely furnished: brand new bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, side table, desk and chair.

The rent excludes bills, which approximately are between £60- £70 monthly (water, gas&electricity, council tax, internet (broadband) and water.

Whilst everyone has their own busy schedules, when people are in we like to have a chat, normally in the kitchen, while cooking, having lunch or dinner.

We are one teacher, a biologist and a animator who would like to call our place a home and share a beer/ dinner together (the house has a barbecue in the garden, great for the summer!!!) but also respect each other space.

Other features include:
* Large kitchen, with all mod cons and enough space for a 4-person table
* A garden with a table, 6 chairs and a very big barbecue :)
* Living rom with two sofas and a table
* 1 bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs

The landlord is looking for professional people who have permanent jobs and they requires references (salary and bank statement).
