Located a minute from the A406, 5 mins to M11, 15 mins to M25, with free parking. Overground from Highams Park (8 min walk to station): 20 mins to Liverpool Street, 5 mins to Walthamstow Central Victoria Line. Very quick to Central London.

It’s a lovely room, very carefully designed for guests. King size bed, cotton sheets, fluffy towels (linen replaced weekly if required), good sized shower, desk and chair. Fast internet. Blackout curtains.

Please note there is no access to the rest of the house other than hall and landing.
