Welcome to Royal Arsenal Woolwich! This double room with a private bathroom across the hall offers comfort and convenience in a modern and vibrant area of London. With the Woolwich Elizabeth Line station right outside the flat and the DLR just a few minutes away, commuting to Canary Wharf or other parts of London is a breeze. Plus, you’ll find supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, and gyms all within a 5-minute walk.

The flat itself is part furnished, boasting a washer dryer and dishwasher for added convenience. The spacious lounge and kitchen provide ample space for relaxation and socializing, and both bedrooms have access to the balcony for a breath of fresh air.

I, a 22-year-old sports enthusiast, will be moving into the flat on March 30th to start a new job in mid-April. I’m laid back and enjoy a friendly atmosphere. Bills will be split equally between us, including council tax (band C) and high-speed WiFi already set up.
