Spacious Double Room in Royal Arsenal Riverside

Hey, so I'm moving out of a great 2 bedroom flat in the Royal Arsenal development, which means my room's becoming available.

It's a spacious double with a king-size bed and more than enough wardrobe space. You'd also have your own bathroom right next door(no need for sharing). The flat itself is warm, has a bright living room/kitchen, with a built in dishwasher, fridge etc and a nice balcony.

Amazing transport links are a 5 minute walk away. The Elizabeth Line gets you to zone 1 in about 15 minutes! There's also the DLR, Thameslink, Uber Boat, and plenty of bus routes.

My flatmate's really easygoing and just a lot of fun to live with. She works in luxury fashion, likes to cook, have wine nights and enjoys a good Netflix binge now and again. The development also has a concierge that’s a 2 minute walk away and a gym.

I've loved living here – it's a convenient spot with Woolwich Works nearby and the river for walks.
