Large double room to let in beautiful riverside apartment to share with one female and a little cat called Star. The apartment is a fully furnished duplex on the second floor of a stunning converted building in the sought after Royal Arsenal development with direct views of the river Thames.

The apartment consists of a secure fob entrance with modern glass lifts to the arched entrance door with lovely original 18th century brick work. Upon entering you have a large hallway with a downstairs toilet, a boiler with storage and the biggest vinyl collection in a stunning vinyl wooden case.

You come in through to the kitchen which although open plan, doesn't distract from the living room. The kitchen has all mod cons including a Nespresso machine and under stair storage.

The view in the living room takes your breath away which looks out at the Thames and the Woolwich clipper pier.

The furnishing is browns and golds and cream throughout the house. There is Sky, a home phone, broadband, large TV, Record player and surround sound for music and TV. I would describe it as warm and homely but with a modern feel.

Upstairs there are two equal sized bedrooms, a large shared bathroom with bath/shower, fan and towel heater.

The bedroom to let is a beautiful warm room with a view out to the landscaped square of the complex. It has a large brand new white wardrobe, a wooden double bed with two matching side tables and matching large drawer unit and you can shift it all around to suit yourself.

The rent includes Council Tax and water bills.

I am looking for a flatmate who wants to feel at home, who will treat the home and us, with respect and look forward to living in the apartment. It's also important that you're LGBT friendly :) .

It is a super place and the neighbours are all very interactive though social media and meetings in the Local Dial Arch Pub on site, and the Woolwich Equitable pub in the village.

The Clipper is outside the house and 8 mins walk to the DLR and the Train station means plenty of options. The Crossrail will be open on site next year also. On-site we have a 24hr concierge, security, a medical centre and pharmacy, a 24hr gym which is super cheap for residents, two wonderful coffee houses, an amazing pub, a dentists, a health centre for massage, a museum and many more amenities.

There is a parking space for the apartment at the charge of £45 per month.
