Double room, friendly flatshare, off Lark Lane

Hello :)

We’re three professionals looking for a friendly, respectful & tidy flatmate of similar age to join our gorgeous flat!

About the place:
We’re perfectly located just off of Lark Lane, right by Sefton Park and with great connections into the city centre. The flat is on the 3rd floor & spread over 2 levels, consisting of 4 bedrooms, and a bathroom shared by 3, with a bath and shower (with a lovely view of Welsh mountains!), kitchen, a separate living room & mezzanine level.

The room available is a cosy double room which is fully furnished with a bed, desk and wardrobe, and the house itself is open, bright, cosy & spacious!

About us:

We all have quite busy work & social lives, with some doing 9-5 and others shifts so the flat can either be full or empty day-to-day.

We love our place and enjoy each-others company and are all very respectful of each others privacy. Although we live just off Lark lane, this is not a party flat - so we would like to find someone who is on our vibe with that. Together we share a love of travelling, nature, chilling at home watching movies, spirituality and living life to the fullest!

We have a fortnightly cleaning & bins rota (2wks on 6wks off) which works efficiently.
