All rooms are fully-furnished and well-presented, as are the living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom. A spare bedroom is also available for use by tenants as a guest or storage room.

The house is in a quiet but convenient location; 2 minutes walk from St. Michaels Station (two stops from Liverpool Central), 5 minutes from Lark Lane and 10 minutes from Sefton Park. Plenty of on street parking available.

Cost: £375 per calendar month including all bills (Council Tax, water, broadband, TV licence, gas and electricity).

Deposit: 1 month rent

Professionals only please. New tenants will also be asked for two references - one from a current employer and one from previous landlord.

I'm a live out landlord so please give me plenty of notice to view.

No pets please.
