Double room available in Aigburth house share

We have a double room to rent in the house we are living in, available immediately in the Aigburth area.

The double room is located on the first floor at the back of the house. We all share a living room, dining room, kitchen and two bathrooms.

The house is very homely, spacious and beautifully furnished. There are four of us living here, 2 girls and 2 guys aged between 22 and 25. We work in music / events / festivals / food and drink industry.

We hang out together quite a bit in the house and do things together but also lead our own lives. We would love a sociable and chilled out person to move in.

We all use the bus to get to town, which takes around 10-15 minutes (the 82). There is a big Tesco on Park Road, which takes 10 minutes to walk to, and a Tesco Metro on Aigburth Road which is a 10 minute walk also. The closest place to drink and eat is Lark Lane, which is a 10 minute walk.

Rent is £250 every month which is due on the 1st of every month in advance, and the deposit is £250 which is required upon signing the contract. Bills are around £50 - £70 each month. (We only moved in 7 weeks ago so are still getting used to everything).
