Hi, I have a furnished double room for rent in a modern 2-bed flat that is split over two floors. The flat is situated on Ivanhoe Road (just off Lark Lane) in close proximity to shops, bars and public transport.

The room is a good sized double, furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk, and a chest of drawers. The flat is warm and cosy and the monthly rent of £370 includes council tax. Additional bills (water, gas, electric, virgin tv, broadband) are about £90 ish a month per person, but that’s for all mod cons.
A month deposit of £300 is required.

It has a large shared bathroom, a nice kitchen and living room, and the bedrooms are located on different floors which gives a bit of extra privacy. The flat is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood and is light and airy. We also have a communal backyard. On-street parking readily available.

My flatmate is moving to her boyfriend's at the end of November and I would be looking to live with a friendly person who likes animals (or doesn't mind them!) because I have a cat. I’m a professional female in my early 30s.

Moving in date is negotiable.
